Kyle and his wife Beth have 3 kids - Oliver, Margaret, and Peter. Kyle is an architect at the Denver firm Anderson Mason Dale. He is excited to see lives transformed in Denver as God works to radically reshape people around the gospel of Jesus.

Jacob Carr

Elder

Jacob spent 5 years as a church planter in the UK before making the transition to computer security in the US (naturally). He and his wife, Lis, have 4 boys that keep life full and, well, busy. Jacob has a heart for evangelism and loves seeing the Spirit's work in the life of the church.

Krista Copeland

Administrator

Krista makes the wheels turn at Redemption Denver, ensuring the important details are never overlooked. If you have a question about anything going on at the church, chances are she’s got the answer.

John Kushniroff

Elder

John Kushniroff is a Colorado native who lives in Arvada with his wife Heidi, daughter Lucy, and son Jack.  John attended undergrad at University of Arkansas before returning to the beautiful state of Colorado to pursue a career in real estate investment and development. When he gets free time you can usually find him on his bike or standing in a river fly fishing.  John was raised in the church, and derives great hope from how the gospel truly transforms and is redeeming every aspect of life.

James Rathmann

Lead Pastor & Elder

James Rathmann made his way to Colorado from Florida to study Philosophy at CU Boulder, where he met his wife Maegan. They now live in Denver where they are learning how to raise their kids. James is currently pursuing his Master’s of Theology from Reformed Theological Seminary. He loves to ski, bike, and share our incredible hope in Christ.

Maegan Rathmann

RCD Kids Director

Maegan is a real-life Colorado native, who likes to sneak off to the mountains to play as often as possible. She and her husband James (see above...) have 2 kids, JT & Maeble. Maegan is deeply interested in learning how kids learn, and brings that to her ministry with the children at RCD.

Zachary Seelye

Worship Pastor & Elder

Zach Seelye is a Michigander who moved to Colorado to lead worship in 2014. He and his wife Claire have 2 kids, Darby and Delta (PS, Delta the child came before Delta the variant, they wouldn't do something like that). Zach helps people see worship of God in all things and passionately leads people into an experience of worship in the church. He loves exploring how faith informs art, and enjoys leading others to the richness of the gospel through music.
